Hello Everyone,
I need help in to generate feedback for fan regulator to the controller.

1. AC Fan require 1 phase Ac supply (230VAC/50Hz)
2. Controller require DC voltage in range of 0 to 3V3
3. System is able to support all type regulator, there different type's of regulator available in market like Capacitive, phase controller (Electronics Regulator) and other's.

Both your posts are pretty short on details, while asking for a lot. It is really hard to come up with a good answer as your questions are pretty vague.
You need to expand and explain quite a bit.
For instance, what is your project trying to accomplish?
Are you trying to control speed or air pressure?
What fan motor are you intending to use?
Power rating?
How accurate does it need to be?
Over what range?

3. System is able to support all type regulator, there different type's of regulator available in market like Capacitive, phase controller (Electronics Regulator) and other's.
And the above means almost nothing without you supplying relevant examples.

Draw a block diagram at least.

This is the flow of circuit, Need to generate Feedback circuit with Dummy load which is compatible with All type of ceiling fan regulator BlockDiagram.PNG

A simple step-down transformer would both act as a dummy load and provide a low-voltage for rectification and smoothing to give a feedback signal.

Form factor of the Feedback circuit is also critical (Step down transformer weight & size is not suitable for design )

A realistic dummy load is going to generate significant heat which will require a heatsink to dissipate it. I don't see how that will be much smaller or less weight than a transformer.
