So can I take a circuit diagram 2 a commercial circuit board printer and they print me what u need or is there many other stages in between
Do I have to design the physical look of the circuit or is the diagram enough?
Is it possible 2 design a circuit on paper with out building it first and then hand it over to some one to build and it will work?
Or is it that you design it then build it, it doesn't work back to the drawing board, tm back and forward until it work?

OK so our band plays live music and we record or performances so I need 2 build a device that can cancel out the very high pitch frequencies that come from imperfect sound equipment so that our recording sound great. So a circuit that can remove certain returning frequencies leaving the music intactWelcome to the club. Our language is plain English.
You still have not stated what is your objective. Forget the gobbledygook about echo cancellation.
