In high school a friend jump on the hood of my car and was almost immediately thrown off. He was athletic enough that he rolled properly and wasn't injured, but it shook him, me, and everyone in the car with me enough that I doubt any of us ever participated in such stupidity again.
In my case it was another of those "slow motion" events. As soon as I started sliding forward, I knew I was bound for the pavement. And the car was still rolling at that point. It doesn't take long to realize the imminent problem. I can remember focusing on getting a grip on the bumper in case that was all between me and being flattened. I didn't relish the thought of being dragged but it beat the hell out of any alternative I could see. Luckily the driver foresaw the same outcome I did.

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 13) - A man and a child were rescued after being suspended high above alligators while stuck on a zipline in Orlando.

The pair were ziplining at Gatorland when they got stuck about 40 feet above the gator-infested waters on Saturday, July 7.

T.J. Mills recorded the pair dangling in the air saying, "You really think you're having a bad day? Let me show you what a bad day looks like," while zooming in on the two suspended in midair above the alligators.

Every time I see a sign that says that only service animals are allowed in some place, my first thought is that that must mean that humans are not allowed in, only service animals.
... lol! ... your logic is flawless ... I wonder if it will ever have legal implications...

Marketed as a way to "constructively channel aggression," Smash Room says they’ll provide a crowbars, bats and other tools to demolish glass, TVs, tables and "many, many, more breakable items.
When I want to constructively channel aggression I just clean a gun and go to the range, come home feeling great and clean the gun before I return it to the safe. Works for me. :)

Have you ever tried a shoot house? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_Targethttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_Target

When I worked for Action Target they shipped a 2 story shoot house to Iraq for the Military to train in, 1" bullet proof steal. They use fractional ammo, probably something that might exist somewhere, maybe if you contact them they can supply you with info where the closest house is to experience it.

Miami Beach may have to tear out three chunks of its newly constructed Indian Creek Drive seawall — at a potential cost of about $800,000 — after the now-ousted chief city engineer built the wall without proper permits.
...
The seawall became an issue when it was revealed that the city’s engineer, Bruce Mowry, oversaw the construction of the wall without the necessary permits. He told the Miami Herald he skipped the permits in an attempt to cut through bureaucracy and speed up the project.

Damn. I wonder what ammo he's shooting.

My 12 gauge with 00 buckshot bruises my shoulder with one shot. And, no, it matters not how hard I brace the stock against my shoulder if that's what your thinking.
Damn, how did you know what I was thinking? :)

As I get older the list of guns I don't hesitate to place in my shoulder is a getting sort of small. I figure in another 10 years I'll be reduced to rimfire. On the bright side I still shoot all my handguns including 44 Magnum in my old age.
