Check the voltage on the emitter of Q9, should be appx +12 volts.
I see it's almost midnight your time.

Hi bro, yes I stay a bit and I will have to go to sleep, yes tomorrow I will be available at 1.30
The reading is 11.9

OK. 11.9 volts is good.
Try this, give me the voltage readings on both ends of R1 the 10 ohm resistor.
The reason is to calculate the current on the +12 volt supply.

I think the reason the 1K resistor burned up was because the wattage rating of the resistor was too low.
It's still indicating there is a short in the Q10 circuit somewhere although it is not showing up using the ohmmeter.

Understand. Here's something else I see on the schematic I want you to test.
Find D21 and D22, they are on the second page of the schematic you listed in post #2.
Need to check with the ohmmeter if those diodes are shorted with the power OFF.
I have to end this session now, be back tomorrow
