Try this, give me the voltage readings on both ends of R1 the 10 ohm resistor.
The reason is to calculate the current on the +12 volt supply.

I think the reason the 1K resistor burned up was because the wattage rating of the resistor was too low.
It's still indicating there is a short in the Q10 circuit somewhere although it is not showing up using the ohmmeter.

I can buy but it's take a bit to have them, no shop around that sell this staff, only online

 

Understand. Here's something else I see on the schematic I want you to test.
Find D21 and D22, they are on the second page of the schematic you listed in post #2.
Need to check with the ohmmeter if those diodes are shorted with the power OFF.

yes, I lift 1 leg and I check them, in one side the current flow, in the other does not! So they should be good
