I see that you have another thread on the go on the same project. I think that the two threads should be merged into one.

hi Jacob,
For small speakers that post #2 Amp is far to higher powered.

If your small speakers are say 5 ohm or 8 ohm, you could connect the 4 in two parallel pairs.
Lets know the details of the speakers, then we can advise.

Update:
A review video for the DROK.

Let's discuss the speaker.
What is the diameter of the speaker?
What is the impedance and power rating?
Ok, I don't have an exact size for them yet but due to the size of the base of the model, it can't really exceed more than 36mm, the image below shows a speaker with a radius of 30mm. My plan was to have 4 of them spread at 90 degree intervals around the base. Sorry I'm not sure about the impedance and power rating

Thanks Ericgibbs,

As I mentioned to MrChips my speakers aren't going to be very big since the base of the model they will be in is not particularly large, I'm hoping to use 4 speakers around the 30mm size. I'm not sure about the ohm levels for them sorry, hopefully the size helps determine that

This is a stand-alone miniature MP3 player. It plays files stored in a micro-SD card. It can drive a small speaker. The details of how to wire it for different applications are shown towards the end of the advertisement (see the I/O mode). You would need to use a 3-terminal 7805 linear regulator to drop 12V down to 5V to power it.

Thanks, that looks interesting, so I would just have to connect my 12V power supply to the input node on the 7805 and connect the player to the output node?
Also, would this player be able to connect 4 small speakers you think?

hi J,
I guess you are not to bothered about Stereo for such a small installation.
A 30mm speaker will sound 'tinny', no base sound.

As long as the sound would be detectable in a quiet room, I could probably stretch it up to 40mm? :D
Is there any sort of comparison in terms of volume you could think for how load 4 of these speakers would sound? i.e. an iPhone on half volume or maybe less/more?

I meant something similar because:
(1) They are powered from USB or 5V supply.
(2) They are small.
(3) The sound is exceptionally good.

You can take them apart and not use the case supplied.

Ah ok, and do they know if they come as small as 40mm? I'm not sure what to search to find similar results sorry

For any number of speakers, you want to wire them in a series/parallel combination so that the resultant impedance matches that of a single speaker (or close enough).

For example, suppose that a single channel is rated for 4Ω speakers and all you have are 8Ω speakers.
Two speakers in parallel will give you 4Ω.
Two speakers in series, then in parallel with two more such series connections (for a total of 6 speakers) will give you about 5Ω.
