What relay do I need to eliminate burned points?

Have any others ever opened up one of those heavy-duty single pole relays that we are discussing??? I didn't think so. I have done it by drilling out the rivets that retain the bottom cover. Certainly there is evidence of arcing on both the moving and the fixed contacts, but nothing that would impair the operation.
So please cease the efforts to impose your religion on those devices of a different species. Contactors created with the specific intent to be able to survive the arcs with no damage . OK???

Most of the Albright ones have open contacts, and you can see some of the effects of arcing, but they continue to work forever. I’ve recently installed one of theirs rated at 1800A, with a moving contact 3” square and half and inch thick. It can switch a 3700Ah 48V battery on to 200000uF of capacitance. (Although there is a pre charge circuit that operates the contactor at 40V)

Two of the "changeover" devices will work in the classic two relay scheme. BUT the coils are rated intermitent duty and they draw 3 amps at 12 volts. They would probably last a long time, though.

Certainly that reversing relay has the contacts that would be able to handle the load, IF the rating is truthful.
BUT, like most amazon listings, important information is missing, which is the relay coil current and allowable duty cycle/maximum on time. So it may be that the TS still needs a pair of SPST relays to interface with the low current ratings of the control receiver.
