VCR motor to generator

idk if i'm clumsy like Teh's wife , but i just dropped this motor and broke this board that is left for connect ...
The last wind up LED flashlight I opened, had a DC motor with brushes as the generator.

Stepper motors can be used as generators, but they don't give much for your effort.

now when i connected the coils in series , and a hand spin doesn't work bad at all, led light is on almost until it stops spinning . but i have problems reading it , i'm an amateur . when i try to read it it show more when i spin it slowly , and almost nothing when i spin it fast..

I'm sorry for that , it was just strange, these motors never gave me anything, I think I got this now. but I have couple more questions ,not so idiotic I think. I have this one circuit board from a disposable camera , that increases the voltage needed for the flash . now , I lknow it can increase 1.5 V up to 250 V. And I wonder can that same board do the same if i put in , 0,50 or 0,30 V instead 1.5 . thank you All for your trouble
