No, your feeble argument was a joke. The CIA didn't and doesn't give a crap about trust with their proxy army (the DOD rebels program was a joke so don't confuse the two programs.) Their only metric was the success or failure of the mission. It was a total failure to boot Assad so I guess they wasted a lot of money on that but it helped to create and expand a monster terror organisation that even Al-Qaeda believed was extreme so I guess that goes for something in the CIA scoreboard of wins and losses.They are all a joke. The CIA couldn't find anybody they could trust, so they wasted a lot of money.
