I'm just wondering, why the eBay board you tried, didn't work?

So, I ordered same Inverter board on AliExpress, because I read somewhere that it can be the issue.. when I placed the AliExpress board, it worked for a day, then the same 3C2 error happened. 3C2 error only shows in test mode, in normal program mode it only restarts selected cycle.

I found for a very similar washing machine, but it wasn't very helpful... Because the solution is like replace the board or other part... Let me attach it in a minute

Resistance on inverter board between pins for motor is arund 6.7 mO

 

Say motor driver error
Have you checked the phase wires with motor body?, if there is any connection?

 

Are both boards have same error now? When you try to operate on the washing machine?
Please check this chip if there is any short between any two pins all over the chip, on doide mode in multimeter

I have checked the wires with continuity and shapking them... if thats what you are asking, they are fine

Please check the hall sensor itself or Connectors

Only original board, I haven't opened new board. There is no hall sensor. Connectors are okay, I tried with different wires too.

I can only inspect connectors on new board, since new board is sealed in silicone as the old one was...
