Samsung Washer Inverter board repair

Hello,

I have DC92-02139A inverter board that I took of my washing machine. and I am trying to repair it. Washer shows 3C2 error (Driving part stop(motor overcurrent error)). The motor tries to spin in service mode, but it's only like continuous twitching a little bit.

I tried to change some parts, replaced IPM chip, swapped some resistors, but I am not sure what could be wrong... I have attached the image of the board itself (I have removed IPM for the second motor from the board, and the left upper side is less important because it controls secondary motor, i have two exact boards that are acting the same, one is original(the one im trying to fix, and another i ordered from aliexpress that worked like for one day))

Large capacitors are ok, i tested them with multimeter. It has 2 BLDC motors.

So if anyone have any ideas please let me know.
Thank you!

The overcurrent fault could be as simple as the motor drawing too much current because something is jamming/binding the mechanism, some sort of power-supply issue, or even a short-circuit somewhere which would obviously be a bit more tricky to track down. Unfortunately it sounds like you might need a more hands-on kind of diagnostic.

Motors spin fine, even generate power when spined by hand, and resistance between pins looks ok according to reference.

For other things, yeah, I'm trying to find the issue. Hoped someone had the similar issue with these boards.

Are both boards have same error now? When you try to operate on the washing machine?
Please check this chip if there is any short between any two pins all over the chip, on doide mode in multimeter
That's the motor driver chip IMG_20260124_232945.jpgon diode mode, are they the same for two boards?

Alright, I will, although that's new chip, I already replaced it. Other board is glued in silicone, so I wouldn't dig it out like this one. Took me a lot of time to remove all the silicone

Hi,
It looks like you have some water damage.
What is the muck/debris by the fuse?
Soap powder?
Good luck.............

It's silicone, the board was filled with some type of silicone that I manually removed/digged out

When the eBay board worked for one day, and then stopped, did it gave same fault? "3C2"?
Yes, it couldn't reach the full RPM at first, like stopped at 800, and after some time stopped spinning at all... Now it's only twitching when I turn motor on.

The same happened to the old one..., then I got a main board from AliExpress, and replaced it, but that didn't solved the issue... Only if the boards from AliExpress are defective too...

Have you identified the U, V and W terminals of the motor?, and tested together with resistance and they are the same readings?
U-v
V-w
U-w?
