If this is an original motor or OEM replacement, it should definitely have a hall sensor in order to calibrate speed, RPM, load size, etc. The hall sensor is small PCB with a female connector and usually located near or on top of the stator inside of a plastic housing. These washers are computers and without the hall sensor the motor will not operate properly. If there truly isnt a hall sensor for the motor then I would suggest reseraching how motor data is transmitted to the controller board. What is the plastic housing in this photo below?There is no hall sensor.

The plastic part is just a plastic connector without any electronicsm, not a sensor. Motors are ok, the current sensing part gone bad, as I said, when i replaced those transistors, it started to spin(before it was static), but spining isn't perfect, its a bit jumpy. That's why I posted the images with parts of the board.From your description its sounding like the fault is centered around the motor sensors and its path to the control board is broken. I would suggest focusing in on locating the sensors that the motor uses to communicate with the control board and testing them. Also test the continuity and resistance of the motor/ check the stator windings again thoroughly. Also take your finger and push the windings to see if any of them move or if any windings are touching the next set of windings.
Your washing machine is 8-10 years old and the motors are known to have faults with some cases as early as 5 years. You said that your washer has 2 motors? Also what is the washing machine model number?

Soo, update, motor is spining nicely now!
So, firstly what I did was replace parts in yellow boxes, that didnt changed anything
then I replaced pats in red box marked "2" and washer motor started to spin, but the motor behaved jumpy!
Then i discovered resistor marked "1" had different resistance in comparison to the ones next to it in row, so I replaced it!
And motor is now spining nicely without issues or errors( I get sometimes error 3CP6 error whitch sayd Driving part stop (motor offset error)) but it's working!
Next is to place IPM chip for the second motor (the right side of PCB) and see to make that work as it should.
At this point I'm testing everything... But I don't know how to test those black transistors...oh nice, what lead you to test the resistors?

Nonetheless I think what you're doing is great and definitely continuing exploring and taking the deep dives. Now to test those black transistors I would recommend looking up the part numbers and reading over the data sheets. What model of multimeter do you have? Does it have diode mode? if so its best to test transistors in isolation which means you would have to desolder them from the board.The thing is, I can't do much with multimeter here except test resistors... So it's a very complicated thing
I have some cheap Parkside PZM 2 A2 multimeter. It does have diode mode, but yeah, desolering all those tiny transistors is real pain. Those 3 in the current sensing part are A1, they are 2 diodes inside. but there are other with different markings around the main IC, that will be painWhat model of multimeter do you have? Tenho uma placa inversora DC92-02139A que retirei da minha máquina de lavar e estou tentando consertá-la. A máquina apresenta o erro 3C2 (Parada da parte de acionamento (erro de sobrecorrente do motor)). O motor tenta girar no modo de serviço, mas apenas dá pequenos solavancos contínuos.
Tentei trocar algumas peças, substituí o chip IPM, troquei alguns resistores, mas não tenho certeza do que pode estar errado... Anexei a imagem da placa (removi o IPM do segundo motor da placa, e o lado superior esquerdo é menos importante porque controla o motor secundário; tenho duas placas idênticas que estão apresentando o mesmo problema, uma é a original (a que estou tentando consertar) e outra que comprei no AliExpress e funcionou por apenas um dia)).
Os capacitores grandes estão ok, eu os testei com um multímetro. Possui 2 motores BLDC.
Então, se alguém tiver alguma ideia, por favor, me avise.

Olá, realizo manutenção diariamente destes modelos, o seu problema aí pelo que parece é qualidade do IPM, inclusive em uma foto consigo perceber o IPM de baixa qualidade apenas pelos terminais. Outro ponto importante, toda lavadora que utiliza correia precisa obrigatoriamente de aterramento no motor, 90% dos danos em lavadoras com correia é provocado por eletrostática ( aterramento resolve )
