Replacing discrete transistor's gate driver instead of IC N531

Induction cooktop's IGBT and a N531 gate driver both got short circuit. Getting the N531 driver is not possible here and buying from outside of my country is currently no easy. As I see, many many cooktop uses transistor based driver. That is why I am also thing to use similar one. I got a Infineon manual about discrete vs IC driver (uploaded). It says discrete circuit has few weaknesses like:
1. No Under-voltage lock out protection
2. Drives current instead of voltage
3. Shoot-through risk
However I have currently no choices. I also found another circuit from an Indian repair youtuber. Infineon and it has few different component arrangement. Like one has diode, and Infineon has 2 capacitors. Just curious about the diode in a Youtuber's circuit and capacitors and its values in Infineon's circuit.

While it's possible to "roll your own" gate driver, it's hard to make a really good one.

In high power applications (induction cooker) the gate drive is critical, too slow and the IGBT will dissipate more power and die.
Integrated gate drivers are highly optimized.

Gate on voltage is less than 18V and will not pull down hard below 1V.
I have made Gate drivers like this, years ago, with old Gates. Some of the new MOSFETs have a very low turn on voltage and may not get turned off well. Q4 cannot pull down well.

Most of the new Gate driver ICs have MOSFETs on the output stage. They pull down much better.

Hi, all three cooktop I have uses same 8050 vs 8580 based transistor driver and as a IGBT it has 25R120 or 25R1203. So I felt safe to use the transistor as a driver.
