That circuit is too complex to readily determine what's wrong by looking at it.
You'll have to probe various nodes in the circuit to see what is not operating as desired.
Since you decided to go with op amps, rather than a simpler transistor circuit as suggested, I think you may be on you own to determine the problem.

look,the scheme does not work,is not important whitch program i use.I just need some advices.The scheme is correct but when i build the operational amplifier and put it in the circuits,the output signal is not triangle anymore
Well, perhaps it doesn't matter but when you ask for help, it's a good idea to speak in a "language" that your helpers understand. To expect others to do it your way is a good way to avoid getting help.

Hello,

At VF1 there should be a squarewave as shown.
The second part you want to be an integrator.
I think that C3 is to large to have the effect. (just try to play with its value and see what the simulation brings you).
Also R1 accross the capacitor could be to small.

thanks,but the problem appears when i try to made the operational amplifier from transistors...i do not know an internal schematic that will work,i tried so many circuits for the op amp
