Since this is a frequent topic, this thread is a collection of posts and links on threadmill controllers, questions and fixes.

If you are making enquiries on repairing a threadmill controller, please start a new thread.
If you have new information to add, for example, photos of a control board that is not posted here, please start a new thread and we will append the new information to this thread.

Particularly, we are in search of a photo of MC-2100 REV 4 control board and any older versions not shown here.

HD2 connector

(top to bottom, see photo below)
8 - BROWN = Ground
7 - WHITE/BROWN = no connection
6 - GREEN = Incline Down 5 VDC
5 - WHITE/BLUE = Incline Up 5 VDC
4 - BLUE = PWM 0-5 VDC
3 - WHITE/GREEN = Tach. pulsing 0-5 VDC
2 - ORANGE = 8-12 VDC
1 - WHITE/ORANGE = Ground
