Load cell Data(Force sensor) to 2 systems

It is not likely that if you do succeed in connecting the load cell to two different systems at the same time, that either one will function satisfactorily. What you need to do is locate a higher level signal from a portion of the system that is working now, and feed that into the higher level input of the second system.
But there is a whole lot of information missing.
You will be better off and have better results if you get a second load cell and put them mechanically in series.
Normally a load cell has one excitation source and one instrument amplifier. The amplified and scaled signal can then be fed to a number of systems.
