Linear voltage converter (kinda)

Good evening,

I’m not an expert in electronic design by any means so please excuse any lack of understanding.

I’m working on a current project where I need basically a linear voltage “adapter” I have an analog voltage DC signal of -10v to 10v and I need to somehow convert that to be between -3.75vdc to 3.75vdc. I need the output line to be linear to the input reference eg 0-10vdc would equal 0-3.75vdc.
This doesn’t have to be a perfect conversion just as close as possible. Everything I’ve been able to find will adjust for any changes on one side or the other, I need something that will adjust the out according to the input linearly.

thank you! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What device or circuit does the 3.75 V signal connect to? Specifically, if you know it, what is the input impedance?

This is for a Old Analog flight director. I don’t really know the input impedance. But I think this resistive voltage decider will work. Thank you!
