Yes I have all that. The other 11 holes are to connect wires to so I can lay the TDA7396 down flat on the heat plate. If not I would have to bend the plate down to connect it to which cost more money. It's the way I'm designing it. Trying to get by with a flat plate I guess is what I'm saying.
