Ac to Dc with diodes and capacitors then at the end use transistor and zener...max is 20vpp..so possible to get +9 and -9...Doubler can get +15 but I want to get +15 and -15...How to get it?

Nothing in mind..Will use zener and transistor for constant v and I..Guessing you're asking cos voltage will go down with load
