Hi, Does anyone know whether the MFE131 dual-gate MOSFET is an enhancement-mode or depletion mode device? I've seen both stated online, and those datasheets I've been able to find are not very clear. I'd like to use it as a mixer in an HF direct-conversion receiver, and I've been told that it's a near-equivalent to the 3N201 - which I'm fairly sure is depletion mode. Thanks, Chris.

The original Motorola data sheet clearly indicates a depletion mode device.
