I have a +/- 12v dual power supply: https://www.mouser.ca/datasheet/3/67/1/PD_25_SPEC.PDF
My synth is in a wooden case with metal faceplates. I have DC ground connected to the faceplates and am wondering how the AC ground should be wired out from the power entry module. The PSU literature indicates two separate spots for connection to the chassis.
Any help is good help.

Usually all metal chassis parts should be connected to the "FG", or "PE".

Ok I think now I understood you. The two "earth" symbols aren't two separate points of connection, it just shows that those two points are on the same potential, or connection.

If you're concerned about line voltage hazards, I'd connect earth ground from the power cord to the metal faceplate and not connect circuit ground there.
