definatlly i can see it. But I couldnt see the Phase shift of each input.

What do you mean by phase shift of the input
which input ?

the clock should be shifted, look at the clock output compared to the input
obviously the first regulator has no clock input, as its the master,

 

1) Look at "clock out 1,2,3" and you will see phase shift. You can do this very early into the sim.
2) Make 3 different 5V sources and look at the current. With only one source the currents are all added up and hard to see.
3) I looked at the output current on the output capacitor(s). At the bottom where current starts up there is a good phase shift. (3.5mS point)
