What do you want this circuit to do, and what is it doing that you do not like?

Easy parts first. Things around Q3, Q4, Q6, and Q7 look ok. There should be a current limiting resistor in series with D1.

i want this curcuit to drive a Joule thief. the right part is going to drive it so its look like this . i checked the JouleThief circuit and i see that its not oscillating in real life

yes but 22k resistor doesnt allow it to fully open so its not short circuit acting as a resistor

Make sense... But not fully opened transistor may get hot very fast (instead of resistor).

im using ferrite as transformer. joule thief side is 20 turns center tapped. other side is just what ever turns i want to really

that is just simulation for showing some connection. purpose is to charge capacitor with joule thief and discharge capacitor with left side of the circuit
