The T28/C terminal seems to be wire size sensitive; .018" is slightly loose, .022", 1/4 W resistor, seems about right. The WW terminals require soldering.

 

T68 won't cut through insulation:

Great, the T28 looks like what I'm looking for.
FYI, I understand this "terminal" or "pin" or "Post" would not be the first choice for a stake header or as a reliable"push down" connector. We have a special application for which we are considering the part.
