Hey there,

i am currently planning a usb-c in/out LiPo charging board. Doing my research i found the IP5310 Datasheet English .

The questions i have are concerning the USB-C connection:
1. What does PMOS mean and which mosfet is used in this schematic?
2. What is PNP ( a transistor?) which one can fit the circuit?
3. Also which resistance value is 2R (just 2Ohm)?

PMOS - a Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) with a channel fabricated using a p-type semiconductor
PNP - A Bipolar Junction Transistor fabricated with p-type material for the collector and the emitter, and n-type material for the base
2R - means 2.0 Ω (Ohms). Similarly 51R1 would be 51.1 Ω. This convention is used to avoid using the period "." and the comma "," which are not universal in numbers.

Thanks for the quick response! This helped me a lot.
So how do i figure out which PMOS and PNP i can use?
