Does anyone know how I can connect a USB-C breakout board with VBUS CC pins and GND pin to an Arduino uno so that the Arduino runs a code when a cable is plugged into the breakout board

I dont think you understand. Somehow I need to connect the pins from the Breakout Board to the pins on the Arduino so that the Arduino sense when the USBC cable is plugged into the breakout board
