I'm totally new to PCB design. I'm struggling with this schematic circuit. Im trying to design its pcb layout using easyeda

 

I would breadboard it first, then probably implement it permanently on stripboard, unless you are planning on making many of them, a PCB is overkill for such a simple circuit.

Also, I question whether this would work with an NE555 (bipolar.) The resistances seem more suited for a CMOS version.
