I want to flash program in my TM4C129NCPDT using development board EK-TM4C1294XL.But the IDE shows target does not respond.I have connected the programming pins of MCU to X1 header on Development board,and desoldered the concerned resistors as mentioned in user guide of Development board,Also i have connected decoupling capacitors between vdd and ground and reset pin is pulled up by a 10K resisitor and pulled down by 0.1uF capacitor,as stated in attached File.Please help me with how do i Flash program code in my MCU

also development board need to be programmed to work as a pass-through to flash some external IC.
