Thank you so much. When I get into it I will probably have som questions.
My thoughts about 6v was that I think the servo had too much voltage with a 9volt battery. I am using a 9 volt battery though (and the voltage regulator to 6v) because of its physical size. It fits well for this project.

Som time ago I was wondering if I should use 9 volt for the circuit and then use the voltage regulator for the servo only.

I will have to go through my components to see what I have and what I have coming in the mail and then order what I dont have.
There's no real benefit in going to 9v. It won't improve the timing issue, all it will do is marginally increase current draw. I would have probably gone with either 4 x AA cells (6v) or 2 x A123 LiFePO4 (6.4v) and avoided the losses in the regulator (maybe 1/4 - 1/3W). An alkaline PP3 battery has an energy capacity of about 3.7Wh (down to terminal voltage of 6v) of which maybe 70% is usable here = 2.6Wh and your servo/circuit will draw maybe 200mA while positioning and 10mA idling, so about (crudely) 1.5W, giving approx 1h45m of active operation.

Hopefully I will get to work with your improvements this weekend. I have received the 1N914 diodes and I think the 1N4148 can be here any minute now. I have also purchased the 4002 and should have it in two days.

If I breadboard your latest suggestion, should it work then? or will it only work when manufactured as a PCB?

I think I will draw a new circuit diagram. V2.

I have searched digikey.dk and danish seller's websites.
I also searched for IRLU9343 and IRLIB9343 on digikey and found nothing unfortunately.

Do you have a link to where you would them?

oh, they are not danish :)

But that doesn't matter. I ordered at RC-Components. Thank you again. I added all of them to my Bookmarks.
I will draw a new diagram and post it here.

Here is a new circuit diagram. I hope I have got it almost right. I have to get some sleep and I will look into it again tomorrow.

I have a little trouble with placing net labels and placing power ports in kicad I think. I can't define the 'Power_on' as '+6v' because then it will have power all the time, right?

Keep in mind you cannot assign a power source where there is a IC power source present, as in the output of a regulator IC (7805) etc, you will usually flag an error when doing a Rules Check.
In this case just leave the power line un-annotated.

But normally you would have had a confliction warning with a power flag on the output of U1? , as U1 out pin 3 would normally be named as a power source.
