Thermoelectric wine refrigerator-but the indicator shows unreadable symbols.

I think some of the LEDs have a broken connection to the computer IC. May be a bad solder point. You can look, or try pressing on the display, or press in the PCB back side. Or apply some pressure to band the board a small amount.
Here is a picture of a lead that is not soldered to the PCB.

Thank you for participating! Of course, I first checked the quality of the soldering and soldered all the points. In addition, both indicators do not work correctly.
This refrigerator did not always cause problems for me and apparently it was repaired. There is a suspicion that the indicators failed during a previous breakdown.
I soldered one of them, but I can't find an analogue. Who knows his brand?

well why don't you post your finding? SOME segments work. what is the pinout? is it common anode or common cathode? what are the dimensions (including height)? if you cannot source it, one possibility is to make an adapter...

the unit is 2x 7segment with DP. that means 16 LEDs. it is clear that they must be multiplexed somehow. so are you sure you tried all possible combinations? connect DMM black probe to pin1, then using red probe touch every other pi and record which segments get lit. then move the black probe to pin2 and again using red probe touch all other pins and record findings. proceed the same way with pin3, 4 5,6,7,8.
