I have found a number of threads about repairing these Thermoelectric Wind Fridge's. Many of them were about Power Supplies made by Hanny (Haney), but none with the exact same part number that mine has which is PCB20210820L1. I replaced the faulty Capacitors, but unfortunately I seemed to have shorted out something. I am not getting voltage to the the connectors for the Peltier modules.

I don't have the schematics for the board, but I have used my multimeter to find the route and tested components. I have found that the Transistor (photo attached) is not working. This is attached the largest of the heatsinks. I have nethier been able to find a match on the Internet nor figure out enough about the markings to try and find a suitable replacement. Would anyone be able to offer some help or suggestsions?

 

According to this, it is a Schottky rectifier, but those are missing the middle pin, so I'm not sure about that.

 

I think it is a double common-cathode Schottky. There's even a little symbol on it of two diodes pointing towards each other.
