My wine cooler will not completely shut down once set temp is reached. The TEC has 12.3VDC while chilling to set temp then once temp is reached it is at 5.2VDC. This causes the unit to eventually chill down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit +/-. Any suggestions on what would cause this? The green light on the back board turns off after reaching set point. I have attached pictures of front and back to both boards and the mfg tag of the unit. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Its just a reflection I believe. They all look good under magnifying glass. Thanks
