Hello.
I have a bunch of ancient Teccor Q6015L9 Triac's and can't find datasheets for them. All I can find are L5 devices (Igt 50mA).
Wanted to use them in a circuit that requires sensitive gate, 4Q-5/25mA. Does anybody know the specs for them?
