I am apologizing to all for my lack of impulse control, and immaturity handling the misunderstandings. I am a hard head and not proud of it either. Even in my mid 50's I wanna jump out there quick when I feel condescension, which I'm usually wrong about. Any I am sincere in my apologies,
That out of the way back to business, the component UN question turned out to be a Negative Temperature
Coefficient transistor. I found one with the same rating here in town and soldered it to the board, hooked her up, and this baby cranked up and the smell of success was intoxicating. I can't thank you guys enough for all the input, all y'all got me to this point and I was not even acting appreciative. I could not have done this without All About Circuits. I hope you will accept my apologies and allow me to stick around. I find this way more fascinating than electrical work.
Thanks My Brothers

Resistor, not transistor.

NTC means it probably is limiting inrush current, so the fuse doesn't blow on startup transient current. This lets the designer use a lower-rated fuse so it more accurately protects things when the motor draws continuously more than its rated operating current.

Recall that I told you it was a thermistor back in post #3, a temperature dependent resistor in post #6.

Glad you got the problem resolved. That's all that matters.

Hi,
Your part number 221870021 is a speed control board used for washer motor.it cost euro 55.82 on ebay.
Since it controls the speed of the motor,the component you shown (out of focus) with a two leegs,
it means it connected in series of any of a line ac input.By my guess it is PTC or NTC. A thermistor if attached to the body of the motor on any areas to detect
a temperature getting hot and will cut off the ac lines.

MOV is connected across the input ac lines. To clearly satisfy our discussion we need to compare
the question parts(out of focus) in a new board if you have and send a new picture out that.

Problem solved.

@Wetp8nt
Good Job.
