A sensor works by outputting a voltage of -400mV to +400mV with a impedance of 1M Ohm.
a. Design and simulate a circuit that only uses active components, such as an in the form of an OP-AMP so that the output reads 0V to 5V. Create the circuit in LTspice.

Can anyone help me with this topic? Thank You.

No, this circuit can use resistors or capacitors. Then in this circuit apply the following circuits:

- Adder Amplifier Circuit Utilizes an adder circuit for symmetric
- Difference Series
- Non Inverting Amplifier
- Low Pass Filter or High Pass filter circuit
You can't use ANY passive components?
I hope you can help me thanks

We can help, we can't and won't do it for you.

You need to show YOUR best attempt to get as far as you can. We can then help you see what you might be doing wrong and get it fixed, or give you some guidance to help you get from where you are to a bit further in the right direction.

Having said that, the first thoughts that come to mind are:

Then in this circuit apply the following circuits:
Does this mean you MUST apply all of these circuits?

- Adder Amplifier Circuit Utilizes an adder circuit for symmetric
This is an incomplete sentence and so it makes no sense.

- Difference Series
I have no idea what this is.

- Low Pass Filter or High Pass filter circuit
It's going to be hard to design a low- or high-pass filter when there is no frequency-related information given.
