I got 11.8 volt with the voltmeter on volts

if i put the lead to pin 10 and pin 1 than 10 and pin 2 in diode mode it does nothing as I told you, in the reverse is the same with the amp on, if i turn it off I have a reading in diode mode

yes with the switch off it give me a reading if i switch on, it is as the lead are not connected

OK that makes more sense but does not show a short. Not sure exactly what is going on but suspect the LM13600
