The music come out now but no click! On voltmeter diode mode if you touch the leg of Q1 the one I cut, the relay work after few secon as it should be, I don't know if this give you a clue

it does beep continuously I have 1 like D2 diode, can it be replace with this?

 

D2 is a 13 volt zener. The relay will take longer to activate but it might work as a test.
Can you cut D5 out of the circuit and leave enough of the leads to tack solder the D2 type diode so you don't have to remove the board?
