There must be plenty out there. Have you done some googling for them?
yep I tried Like most of them were similat to this with small changes in valued and 1or 2 positions of capacitors.and i finally found this file it has 5-7 circuits all of them look similar, I chose voyager because it had option to adjust freq.
Its always confusing which one to choose. The ones that i get from google articles have less explanations.

Viva is comin up Tmrw.Help me guys..
few doubts that i have:
1.just a 9V power supply and a LC tank will be able to generate a carrier , but what role does the 10pF that connects b/w Emitter and Collector play in FM modulation and signal generation? It just causes switching
2.Is this a colpit oscillator?

On another forum 19 years ago was the same extremely simple circuit with the same problems and more problems.
I built it to see and fix its problems:
1) Its microphone did not work because the resistor feeding it dc had way too much resistance. I reduced the resistance.
2) Its radio frequency changed as the battery voltage ran down. I added a 5V regulator for the RF oscillator and preamp transistor.
5) It produced no RF output or the output frequency changed when something moved near or away from the antenna. I added an
RF output transistor to isolate the varying capacitance near the antenna from the oscillator.
6) It sounded awfully muffled on any FM radio like an old AM radio or an old telephone. I added pre-emphasis (boosted high audio frequencies) like all FM radio stations have to match the de-emphasis (cut of high audio frequencies) that all FM radios have).
I built it compactly on stripboard and it sounds great but is illegal unless its range is reduced with an RF attenuator.
