Hi again. All the components have arrived and are ready for assembly.
Okay.
Be sure you double check the wiring by comparing the schematic to the circuit with a continuity check between all nodes before you apply power.
I use a highlighter to mark the nodes I've checked.
It will minimize letting out the magic smoke. :rolleyes:

Not sure how to do a continuity check but I'll be sure to look into it with the rest of my research. I've never done any board work so any tips or guidance you have would be awesome.

By continuity check, I mean use an ohmmeter to check that the breadboard actually has wired continuity between all the nodes as shown on the schematic.
I don't think I've ever done a breadboard that I didn't make at least one wiring error, and a continuity check before applying power can save a lot of grief.
