Can I find a schottky diode that has a forward current of 150A and forward voltage of 50V?
The answer to the question you asked is no. The forward voltage drop of a diode is supposed to be relatively low. It is true that the forward voltage drop depends on the current through the diode, so it is best to read and understand what the datasheet is telling you.
