Hi,

Can anyone explain to me what "saturation-driven neutral instability during inrush period" is, as it relates to transformer switching?

hi fullfive,

i would like to explain what you are asking but it would take a whole summer season to fully explain it. it involves a lot of interelated factors that if i try to explain maybe 2 or 3 factors, it would only leave you hanging.

just to give you an idea, its a state or period where the transformer is in the saturation mode.

have tried doing a google search?
