SIMPLE SOLUTION REQUIRED

Hi,
I have to find a way to check to make sure the 2 relays in the circuit which are connected in series work switch. I do not want to use any other source of power but 48V.
Is there a way using hardware the circuit can be tested.
Failure modes to consider are typically the relays getting stuck on contacts and not switching off. Meaning relays are stuck to the pole.
Is there a way to detect this???

If the contacts conduct current when active, then looking for continued current when the relay is supposed to be inactive will let you see if the contacts actually open up. You can also check for voltage across the contacts. If the voltage is zero, then the contacts are stuck.

Do you need to check this from the "coil" side or can you check it from the contact side? In other owrds do you need to maintain isolation?
