I guess now it's time to build the prototype and continiue the struggle to achieve the best results possible.
I simulated OPA615 in Tina TI and picked each step points from the txt file i got as output (only 10 but from 0-1,8V with DC 0,2V)
The problem with Tina-TI is that there is no .meas command and even if you try really hard to analyze the data by yourself-exporting the plots to txt. It turns out that each step transient run has different timestep! So the only way i could do this is pick the values from the list by myself.
Black- real value
Blue Opa held value sampled 3 times (1us each)

Difference between the upper ones

Looks quite linear. That may help...
