Thank you, I will take a look.Well, for starters, there is this thread.
Thank you.As well as this one

and a few others.
Thanks, I'm not sure if I want to invest all the time required to make my first PCB. I'm working through this link, is this a guy called maticvodicar from Slovenia?Making good PCBs is not that easy until, after lots of practice and plenty of unusable boards, you develop the skill.
I have just had a board made by this guy and I am very pleased with it and pleased with the price.
I've just tried Designspark PCB, it seems at first quite complete with a large library. Unfortunately it does not have a voltage regulator LM317 of the style that I am using. So I have to create a part through the wizard. There are many youtube tutorials that explain the process, unfortunately they seem to be using previous versions of the software that do not match at all what I am seeing on my screen.
So! Steep learning curve, maybe even off the cliff. No tutorials with the current version. I'm going to try PCB123 and see what happens.

You may want to decide where you will have the boards made and see what software they like.Hello, can anyone recommend a tutorial on how to make a printed circuit board and is there any software out there to help design the board?
Thanks,
Jacques
At this point I only need a few boards for prototypes. I will print and etch hem myself. You may want to decide where you will have the boards made and see what software they like.
