Odd Ender 3 V3 SE printing issue

I definitely love my new printer, but I have a curious problem that keeps happening I am trying to print this .stl files which is basically a box, this new printer is substantially faster than my old Ender 3 pro,. The print stops extruding midway through the print. But the extruder is not plugged because when I open up the extruder wheels I can push the filament through the extruder with no issue. I think the problem is the axis moves so fast it jerks the filament spool around and basically stops the feed due to the speed of XY table, it jerks the filament spool around pretty hard. I believe without knowing it is pulling the filament out of the extruder rollers. It is probably a minor tuning adjustment on the printer but I am not familiar with how to do that and I like the speed in most cases. Ideas? Questions?

I had problems with the reels not turning easily on the supplied tube type reel holder and that would stop the printing so my fix was to make some reel holders that turn freely and symmetrically.

They have ball race bearings pressed into them for smooth operation.

This may not be your fix but it could not hurt.

Well it's not the spool feed, i sat down and watched this printer print and kept plenty of slack on the filament and it still didn't work. Earlier I had printed this test print to see if it was a vertical issue it printed a sheet 0.08" thick x 6" x6" with no problem at all the print was clean and very usable . Next I will try slicing it with bambu and see what it does. Again the nozzle is not plugged filament flows freely when I push it through.

I'm thinking the next step is to use an SD card to feed the printer. I'll let you know how it goes.

No joy, SD card did not work. Much as I hate to say it I think it's an onboard software issue still have yet to try the bamboo slice.

Is there an adjustment on the filament feed roller pressure? Also, can you check to see if the splines on the feed roller are clogged with ground up plastic?
Also, it may be temperature related. Too cold or fluctuations.

Is there a way to adjust the roller pressure?

Everything seems clear until it stops extruding and then after then seems clear.
