Power MOSFET blowing at higher Amps

In general case the number of reasons must be considered:
1) what are the dead gap between L and H shoulders. Even at small dead it may work well at small amperage and xplode only at large amperage
2) what energy may absorb the dampfer circ between S and D. Small power may persist even without, but at larger even the red caps are trying to play the space rocket
3) how well are power keys cooled. Temp meas data? Infravizor data? That all must be done.
4) what about Vcc line. How far it is off the keys. How much sandwich line coupling factor is. If under the 0,95 then wait a problem. In this line every centimeter gives 10 nH. if not sandwiched. If say, the line length is unhappily absolute dumb, say 10 cm long what is by the wire 20cm = 200 nH then dU=di/dt or for 50A and 0,5 usec=25 megavolts. Such will kill anything in its way. Actually, better as sandwich wire there serve the sandwich plate. First may diminish inductance some 10-30 fold, while plate at least 100x.
5) What is the G resistor? SMD? Good, but if not it have inherrent inductance - ringing. And ringing never occures at small currents, it waits when You shall be most injurable.
6) What caps stay at Vcc. Electrolytes? How big C. With what ESR? What the fast caps are paralelling it. Do they are close enough to power keys.
7)What about load side? What dampfer circ. Does enough absorbing. Dont come in resonace (if only that is not ZVT regime). Actually haw large are reactive currents, C or L.
and many more questions if these first are satisfactory
