It would probably work, but I would get one with a lower on-resistance and a higher current rating.

Also note that you need both N-MOSFETs and P-MOSFETs.

Yes, those should work electrically.
Note that their packages are very small.
Do you feel comfortable soldering to such tiny devices?

which are much easier to handle and solder to.
