What are you trying to control with the PID loop?

I don't see that PID is necessarily needed to control a hot air blower.

 

Doing a Google of "transfer function of a hot air blower" leads to a few interesting white papers on the subject which do include PID loop control. MODELLING OF PT326 HOT AIR BLOWER TRAINER KIT USING PRBS SIGNAL AND CROSS-CORRELATION TECHNIQUE seems to be a common theme. I see the material as more a training scenario than having any practical need for PID control. However, just based on Google there are plenty of white papers on the subject.
