Electronic control of Dalek dome and eyestalk

Hello everyone,
I'm building a full size Dalek
I am trying to devise a way to raise and lower the eyestalk and rotate the dome. The eyestalk could be operated by a small servo and would need to be proportional.
The dome would be rotated by a motor pinion and gear setup with limit switches at 90 degrees both left and right. This motion needs to be at a fixed rate so operated by a stop and go process. 12v. I would like to use the 4 way axis joystick from an old radio control transmitter so that both the above movements are from one finger.
I don't want to use Arduino type stuff as it's beyond me.
Can anyone do the two circuit diagrams please?

For the dome, I'd consider a windscreen (windshield) wiper motor, or window winder motor, both of which are fairly inexpensive, have good torque and are well geared.. Possibly the same for raising and lowering of the eyestalk, but a smaller geared motor would probably suffice for this.

Hello,

Did you look in the electronics & electrical section?
There are users that use sabretooth controlers to drive motors to rotate the dome or move the dalek.
There are also ideas for moving the eye stack.
I am a moderator in that section over there.

This is one of the topics about the dome and eye stack movements:

Ah, I see that is your topic over there.

There have been questions to you in that topic.
This is what ekij asked:
A few questions:
  • Is this for a full size Dalek or a scale Dalek?
  • Static prop or moblie?
  • Do you want someone to guide you through how to do this remotely, work with you to do it together or do it remotely for you (and mail you the result)?
  • Do you have a budget in mind?
  • Do you want a standalone system to just control the dome or might you want to expand it to control the arms or recite dialogue or control lights or something else (the simplest solution probably isn't going to be expandible)?

The more details of your dalek and materials available, the better the answers you will get.
