You do not need such a pulse for starting oscillations (provided the circuit is able to oscillate).
Switch-on the power supplies at t=0 (start of the TRAN analysis) - and the switch-on transient is by far sufficient to start the process.

Pay attention to details of .tran directive.

 

Just a note: A real-life circuit will need a bypass capacitor across the collector supply batter and the base bias supply. The capacitors are not needed in simulators as far as I know, but you might want to add .001 uf capacitors.

May I ask another question? I have switched to the common base configuration in your circuit, but it is not oscillating at all.
I have tried changing the values of the inductor (L) and capacitor (C), but still, there is no oscillation.
Do you think there might be an issue with the circuit?
Additionally, I have also placed a resistor between the base and collector, but it also doesn't cause any oscillation.

Your transistor is staying without collector voltage and current because of capacitor C4 !!!!

That CB circuit works for Colpitts.
But it doesn't work for claps.
May I know the reason for this

I designed a CB clapp oscillator.
The circuitdoesn't work properly.
So I tried connecting the R2 resistor from the power supply to the collector, but the oscillation does not work properly.
This is my final assignment for my oscillator, and I'm getting lost here.
How should I solve it?

In common base Clapp oscillator try to use choke, as collector load,
by the same manner as in circuit above.

 

My mistake once was selecting a simulation time not long enough to develope (visible) oscillations.
